- Inspect water softener
- Inspect and test sump pump
- Well Service (flush well tank; check air pressure; inspect pressure switch; change sediment filter if applicable; replace Client supplied UV light bulb if applicable)††
*The "Flush water heater" and "Flush tankless water heater" options require the unit to be less than eight years old.
† If valves are corroded or break from corrosion; Technician may recommend replacement at an additional cost. Technicians are not liable for any damage of the valves.
†† The "Well Service" option does not include a Technician-supplied UV bulb replacement; Client must choose "VIP Plumbing Service Plan: Build Your Own Plan with UV Bulb Replacement, $29.99/Month" plan for a Technician-supplied UV bulb replacement.

Two (2) Treatment Visits per year; Includes
- Maximum 6 bags of salt per visit
- Run and test backwash
- Clean injectors
- Check float assembly in brine tank
- Test water on-site
- Adjust settings if needed
During Plumbing VIP Service Plan visits, the Technician will perform services as stated. If any issues are found during the visit(s), the Technician will update the Client and will not perform additional service without the Client's permission. Any parts or additional labor service will be charged at the usual rate (parts are discounted 20% off as featured).
