Plan Inclusions For: GAS Furnace with A/C & All Heat Pumps

• Two cleanings per year: Spring and Fall
• Filter Change (each visit, includes standard 1" filter only)

At Service,
Tech will perform combustion analysis, electronic component check, change filter, clean flame sensor, check capacitor, check blower capacitor, check condensate pump (if applicable).

For the A/C, Tech will check the refrigerant charge, check capacitor on condenser, check amp draw, check contactor (if necessary).

Plan Inclusions For: OIL/Gas Hot Water System (Boilers) No A/C

• One cleaning per year

At Service,
Tech will install new nozzle and filter, install new pump strainer, inspect burners and clean, check chimney (properly vented), perform combustion analysis.
(Extra $25 bleed radiators)

Plan Inclusions For: OIL Forced Air with A/C

• Two cleanings per year: Spring A/C service, Fall Oil forced air furnace cleaning
• 20% OFF All Parts (HVAC & Plumbing Divisions)

At Fall Service,
Tech will install new nozzle and filter, install new pump strainer, inspect burners and clean, check chimney (properly vented), perform combustion analysis.

Two (2) Treatment Visits per year; Includes

• Maximum 6 bags of salt per visit
• Run and test backwash
• Clean injectors
• Check float assembly in brine tank

During Plumbing VIP Service Plan visits, the Technician will perform services as stated. If any issues are found during the visit(s), the Technician will update the Client and will not perform additional service without the Client's permission. Any parts or additional labor service will be charged at the usual rate (parts are discounted 20% off as featured).
