  • 30-minute inspection to ensure your unit is running at peak performance
  • Helps identify potential issues before they get worse
  • Typically includes:
    • Checking refrigerant charge levels, airflow, and for leaks
    • Checking for secure physical connections of individual parts
    • Ensuring all electrical connections are sound and components are working properly
    • Checking the capacitor
    • Checking the condensate drainage system
    • Checking the blower components
    • Checking the air filter

Furnace tune-ups follow the same inspection process, adjusted for furnace-specific components.

Tune-Up vs Cleaning: What's the Difference?

A Tune-Up is a 30-minute inspection. We check pressures, wiring, connections, and drainage to catch problems before they cost you. A Cleaning goes further. It's the hour-long hands-on service that extends equipment life year over year, with coil cleaning, capacitor testing, amp draw checks, and vacuuming the condensate drain. Both matter. Cleaning is what actually keeps the system working at peak efficiency.
